Last updated August 9, 2026. This page explains what information Teleconnect Solution ("Teleconnect," "we," "us," or "our") collects and how it is used.
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and phone number. When you use the Service, we collect call metadata (numbers, timestamps, duration, status) and, where you choose to record a call, the recording itself. If you contact us through the website, we store your name, email, and message.
Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. Teleconnect does not store your card number — Stripe handles that directly.
We keep a record of devices signed in to your account (device name, session start, last activity) so you can review and revoke them from your dashboard. We also log certain security events on your account, such as logins, and every time a recording is played back in your dashboard.
Your authenticator secret is stored encrypted and is only used to verify the six-digit codes you enter at login.
We use your information to provide the Service: connecting your calls, showing your call history and contacts, processing billing, and securing your account. We do not sell your personal information.
Call history and recordings are kept according to the retention period you choose in your account settings, or a default period if you have not set one. Account information is kept while your account is active.
You can update your profile information, change your retention settings, revoke signed-in devices, and export your account data, all from your dashboard. You can request account deletion by contacting us.
