Sign up with your name, email, and phone number, then set up an authenticator app (Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator) and verify the code it gives you. That two-factor step is required before your account is active.
No special hardware needed. You can call straight from your browser with the Web Dialer, or use the native Teleconnect Android app — both work with just your account.
A modern browser with microphone access. The Web Dialer runs on WebRTC entirely in your browser, so there is nothing to install.
Yes. Once a business number is on your account, inbound calls to that number ring your extension, on both the Web Dialer and the mobile app.
Business numbers are currently assigned from Teleconnect’s available number pool when you get one from your dashboard. Porting an existing number from another carrier isn’t a confirmed feature yet — ask us through Contact for current options.
Plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel any time from Billing & Plans in your dashboard, and invoices are available there too.
Yes — Teleconnect has a native Android app for calling, contacts, and call history, kept in sync with your dashboard. iOS isn’t available yet.
New outbound calls are blocked once your plan’s included minutes are used up, until you upgrade your plan or it renews.
Recordings you make are stored on your account and available under Recordings in your dashboard, where you can play them back or download them. Every playback is access-logged for security.
Use the Login page with your email or username and password, plus your authenticator code. If you have lost access to your authenticator app, contact us for account recovery.
